As a Coach and Trainer, my speciality is working together with the 50+ age group and, in particular, with individuals who have a number of health challenges. I consult with you on a one-on-one basis and make a study of your medical reports in order that I understand your unique condition. I then design and implement a personalized training program where I introduce the likes of gymnastics and various body exercises to ensure your immediate and long term success. Throughout my training sessions I monitor your progress and adjust my program accordingly to ensure your individual overall health and vitality. I believe that physical activity is at the core of healthy longevity.
